My Boomer Tips
The baby boomer generation will be the fall of america. They've nearly bankrupted us, destroyed our reputation around the world, and destroyed the great morals we once had. The baby boomers are the idiots who started experimenting with drugs in the 60's and fried their brains. And to top it all off they also feel the insatiable need to tax the sh*t out of the generations after them to pay for their social security and medicare.
You think they suck? Wait until you see today’s youth as adults, an entire generation of self obsessed infants chasing eternal happiness with no sense of responsibility.

Edit: Typical youth below, incapable of processing information, specifically the part where I said don’t disagree with you. Sad how short of an attention span they have. I am 30 years old, I know exactly what my generation is and the ones below me.
Baby boomers are the ones holding us back on progress, they keep us stuck in this puritanical time warp, forgetting what their own youth was like and stubbornly insisting they are still relevant in today’s culture. We are a youth oriented society and it is their fault!

I was born in the sixties and am a boomer, didn’t do drugs as a child. The newer generations are even worse, reflected in the new administration, they voted them in.
Reagan wasn’t a boomer and was responsible for this current trend of borrowing huge amounts to fund government and swindling future generations for decades to come. Most people suck, not just boomers.

I was born in 44, technically not exactly a boomer but close enough.
I retired after working 50 + years and proudly seeing two of my sons
serve their country in the First Gulf War.
I hope you and your generation can say as much.
Baby boomers fought for civil rights, fought in viet nam, fought big government, started the whole issue of environmental consciousness, made nice with foreign countries via the peace corp., did moe volunteer work here and around the world than ever before, gave more money to charities than ever before, were instrumental in changing conditions in mental institutions and orphanages. The boomers you’re talking about are the elected idiots that you put into office. Once again it will have to be the boomers who will have to straighten everything out to save this country from naive, ignorant, ill-informed, pansys who want everything, but don’t want to pay for anything and want no responsibility.
By the way, boomers paid into social security and medicare.

Who Else? is a baby boomer himself, and he grew up in the shadow of the so-called ‘Greatest Generation," the people who survived the Depression, won World War II, and rebuilt the postwar world to suit their vision of a Pax Americana. How did that turn out? Very badly, and the baby boomers objected to it back when we were young. See the pattern? Old people gain power and screw things up, then young people complain. When they get old themselves, they gain power and screw things up even worse. We’re all lucky that the world can take so much punishment.
