Valentines Day?

My Boomer Tips

I have been with my girlfriend for 3 years and this is my third Valentines Day. The first year I rented a hotel room and made her do a scavenger hunt that lead her to the hotel room. She told me it was the best Valentines Day ever. Last year we where going to go to the beach, but her grandmother died, and we could not go. So we had a normal valentines day, I put gifts and roses in her room and went out to dinner. This year I rented a hotel room in the same hotel as the 1st year, but I did the “romantic getaway package” which includes chocolate strawberries and champagne and breakfast for 2. Lately she has been “bored with our relationship. I want it to be more memorable than the 1st year and spice things up. I don't want to repeat anything. What can I do this year?

You says she has been bored? Uh-oh son, you better be careful….just hope that this time she dosen’t call up the on the phone and break up with you. Anyways try taking her dancing, or go see a really romantic movie or something! Take her to the most fanciest resturaunt you could ever take her to and dress really casual or something! Try things differently. Bake a cake together or make some cupcakes. Be creative, go to an art place and make some pottery. Go on a hike up in the mountains and go camping. Whatever you do don’t do something ordinary, espeacially if your relashion ship is boring…maybe she wants something new. I don’t know were the heck you guys are in your relashionship, but just try to spice things up! Wash some person’s dog, or just be very ordinary, like rent a movie, order a pizza, get some dessert, get flowers and sappy love cards and play your favorites on the stero and dim the lights…!

Good luck, and God have mercy on you :)

Bummer. How about Make a coupon book with ‘spicey’ acts? You can make them yourself OR take a trip to the local adult outlet for a variety of said booklets.
Get your cam out and make a ‘home movie’.
Made a human sundae of yourself or her and eat up.

If she’s been "bored", check y’all’s current level of interaction. If you aren’t spending time together like you used to, but are instead spending a lot of time in the same place but not together (watching TV, surfing Internet, etc), that might be the crux of it right there, in which case this getaway should be the necessary spark to revive things a bit.

besides that you could get her a day spa thing or something

As I was reading all the nice things you have done for your girlfriend I was thinking, "that’s nice, but what has she done for you?", then I came to the part that says she is bored with your relationship!!! This should be a warning I think, She sounds like a high maintenance selfish kind of girl. I think you will find that eventually you will run out of ideas and she will run out on you. PS: Love should always be a two way sharing experience.

There is no easy cure for a "boring relationship". One calendar day will not cure that so I won’t even try to extend my advice to solve that problem.

However, I will offer my advice for Valentines Day. You don’t need to get fancy. Here is something I have enjoyed doing before: get a helium tank, about 50 heart shapped balloons and some red ribbon. Fill your apartment, her apartment, a hotel room or WHERE EVER with these floating heart shaped balloons with the red ribbons. It’s very romantic.

But keep in mind that flowers, balloons, music, candy and other items are merely props. You must be romeo. The props are just the icing on the cake.

    Hope that helps!

    Have a Happy Valentines Day!
