For those born between 1960 to 1964, do you associate yourself more as a baby boomer or a Generation Xer?

My Boomer Tips

I've heard that a person born between 1960 to 1964 are in the last part of the Baby Boomer Generation, and the start of the Generation X generation.

So, if you were born during that time, do you feel more like a GenXer or a Baby Boomer?

I'm the youngest in my family, so I more relate to the Baby Boomer years than the GenX years.

Baby Buster Generation? I heard of Baby Boomers but–this one?

My Boomer Tips

Okay. I am 31. I was born in 1975. Now, I did my research on this about 7 years ago.

1946-1964- Baby Boomers

1965-1981 (or 1983) is the X Generation\

And 1983 - 2001 is the Y Generation.

Now, I went to this web site (it was a link in my email) http://blogs.payscale.com/content/2007/05/taking_time_off.html

and well-I NEVER hear of the Baby BUSTER Generation born from 1965-1976.

Has anyone ever heard of this and if yes-do you know if any web sites that talk about Baby Busters?

All of these years-and I never heard of it. Is it a "New" Generation? Or I am just out of the loop?
Opps. I meant 1983-199? is the Y Generation.

What are the pros/cons of each generation: Baby Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y?

My Boomer Tips

You don't have to state "pros" or "cons" if you can't think of any. But try to come up with as much as you can.

Baby Boomers
Generation X
Generation Y
