I hear this all the time from Baby-Boomer politicians:

"We gotta fix the deficit for our children."

"We've got to fix Social Security for our children."

"We've got to fix Medicare/Medicaid for our children."

Where was your concern for the children when you aborted a third of us?

Where was your concern when the Psychiatry racket, along with the educational system, turned as all into addicts and speed freaks with Ritalin and Adderall?

Where was your concern for our future when Reagan blew the Social Security surplus on Star Wars Missile Defense?

Can any of you Baby-Boomers think of a single thing you have done that actually helped my generation in any significant capacity? Anything at all?

If not, why don't you just shush about fixing things for the children and let us start cleaning up YOUR mess already?
Arizona, I think many of us in Generation X and Y would prefer if you had not brought us into this world.

You are directly responsible for the crooks you elected into office. The fact that you try to shirk your responsibility in this matter is WHY your children cannot learn to accept responsibility for themselves.

Children learn what they live: a bunch of Baby-Boomer, "blame someone else" bullcrap.

Unfortunately, so are all of the "entitlements-for-me-only" Baby-Boomers.

What's more, they out-number us heftily (that abortion thing didn't help much with that).

Your voting record is reflected in our national balance sheet. You have voted for politicians that have promised to reduce taxes and not be held accountable for reducing benefits. They will say reduce spending but not explain what sacrifice the "Me" generation would have to make. You were born into an economic anomalie in which the rest of the industrial world was bombed to smithereens and we were the only country producing goods and making money. The world has caught up but not the baby boomer understanding of present day reality.

Paying into a Social Security system and voting in big spending politicians that guaranteed financial ruin for the future. Voters have no one to blame but themselves when they are eating dog food in their retirement shanty.

I find her 00 per baby savings plan utterly disgusting.

It will cost the government nothing during her reign as queen, because they're just promissory notes that will come payable 18 years later. So it'll be some other president's problem.

But that puts it directly in line with the timeframe where the baby boomers have decimated social security and it is on the verge of bankrupcy. And suddenly, on top of that, there will be this huge obligation to all these children who have turned 18 and want their money too.

Which means, after the baby boomers got their share (of course), social security benefits will have to be minimized or eliminated altogether. Which means, screw our generation, they got theirs.

I am getting tired of politicians who write checks that will be payable by someone else.

How about making those 00 bonds paid for immediately by taxing baby boomers to pay for it NOW? They're here to save the world, so why not? They should be thrilled.
