Seriously, what have the baby boomers given the country? WW2 generation defeated Imperialism and Nazism. They made America the most powerful country in human history.
The baby boomers however are going to leave a country in ruins. + trillion in national debt. Jobs are gone. We are now in 3 wars that appear to have no end in sight. Social Security and Medicare will be bankrupt in 2037... These people seem to embrace communism and socialism since the 1960s.
The baby boomers will leave this country in financial ruin....

What possible solutions can there be?
I remember Bush tried to fix it, but even his Party didnt go along with it. I was told part of the problem was AARP shut it down, by getting the senior citizens (the ones who vote) to voice their opinion. Since 18-24 year olds dont have a voting percentage that would make polititions care about us, we were ignored.
So basically, how do the people who have to pay the debt made by these services fix the problem? The figures i read would put the national debt from 9 Trillion to 50+ trillion dollars. Thats got to hurt us somehow.

These Baby Boomers have gotten our generation into a lot of trouble. I for one think we need to enslave our parents, and anyone older, strip them of their retirement and make them work this absurd national debt off.
