The doctor explained to her that she cannot do any physical actions for over 15 minutes and that she has arthritis. So exercise is very limited. I really am looking for some natural supplements that may increase flexibility and strength. (Upper Body) She is always in pain in her upper body so painkillers help but do not fix the problem. I am her son, and I hope someone can please help.
