Help with Christmas gift ideas?

My Boomer Tips

So, I did most of my Christmas shopping today, but I still have a few people left, including my 4 year old nephew, my older brother and his girlfriend, my best friend, and my grandmother.
My nephew likes Cars, and John Deere stuff. I don't see him much, so I'm not exactly sure what to get him. I can't get him clothes because I don't know his size and my brother said that it is pretty hard to find clothes that fit him because he usually takes all different sizes.
My older brother and his girlfriend are around 27. They have two boys (4 and 2) and live in a sort of small town. I want to get them a gift together, but I'm not sure what to get them. I'm thinking of getting them movie passes, but they live about 45 minutes away from the closest movie theater, so I'm not sure about that.
My friend is pretty girly. She's 15, and plays the clarinet and is in drama. I want to get her something that she will remember is from me, that is kind of personal. I don't want to get her a scrapbook because I don't have enough pictures of the two of us.
As for my grandmother, she is pretty simple. She doesn't bake a lot. She just had back surgery. I sort of want to buy her something, but make it, too, like a no-sew blanket (but she has a lot of blankets that she doesn't use).
Thanks sooo much. :)

I know a lot of people don’t like to buy gift cards because it’s not "personal" enough but honestly, it sounds like a gift card to Toys R Us would be PERFECT for your 4 yr old nephew. Then he could go and get the cars he wants and the John Deere stuff he likes or if he outgrew that, he could get some other toys he wants. :)

For your boyfriend and his girlfriend, you could get them like a basket full of coffee and tea and chocolote and maybe a nice blanket and cute slippers for each of them. That way they can use the stuff in their everyday life and it’ll all be wrapped up in a cute bow and all decorated and set up nice. It would be a really good gift.

You don’t absolutly have to get your friend a scrapbook. Why not a cute pictureframe that says a nice quote or "Best Friends" on it. Then you can put in on picture of the two of you and still get her something else that she could use. You said shes in drama and plays an instrument so maybe you could incorporate that into her gift. With the picture frame, it would be a really nice gift and if my best friend bought me it,I would really like it. :)

As for your grandma, I have the same problem with my grandma. She’s simple, too. She doesn’t have one specific interest so I have to kind of get the stuff I THINK she would like or would use. For grandmas, you can’t go wrong with fuzzy slippers, coffee mugs, picture frames with a picture of the two of you or of your family, a blanket that you made or bought, even if she has a lot. Maybe you could make the blanket and then take it to an engraving store and put her name or "Grandma" on it. I’m sure what ever you get your grandma she will love just because it’s from her granddaughter.

Good luck and I hope I was some help:)
