if you want to constantly stir it for 6 hours use a regular pot

I love doing meals like this in the crock pot, it is so easy. A little tip, check in your grocery store for crock pot liners, it is sort of like a baking bag you use in the oven. Your food wont get stuck to the sides of the pot, and it is so easy to clean up.

    Hey Rico,

I just subscribed to your monthly newsletter. I was wondering, is the newsletter free, or is there a monthly fee you have to pay?

    This was just a demonstration?
I workout 4-5 days a week, and that amount of food would only keep me going a day or 2? You do eat more than that in a week?

    All the best

  19. Lowellrefugee

Brussel sprouts spoil quickly…otherwise the recipe is just fine to keep in the fridge for a week.

Nice idea. I’ve never used cock pot before. Does everything cook nicely even if you just throw everything in and cook it all for 6 hours? No overcooking or udnercooking?

    Thanks
