unbreakable? Must have not met me lol
Wow, a lot of those toys looked really cool. They had great toys in the 1950′s and 1960′s. Many of them would not be sold today because they would be deemed too dangerous for children – we have become quite politically correct in the past 20-30 years.
You are really doing us baby boomers a great service plus also the TV industry! These clips bring back such wonderful memories.
I wish the TV industry cared, but they don’t. But its worth making Boomers happy. Sept 12th -its my birthday today Age 59.
A very Happy Birthday to you! Correct me if I am wrong, but I remember in the early 90′s watching you in a series that was run on a loose independent network of low powered stations. I lived in Muskegon Michigan at the time, and looked forward to your shows, where you would show different aspects of commercials, one week cars, one week, snack foods etc.
LOL did he say gun-ho Commandos?!!? damn Violent times!
always wanted that fighter jet with steve canyon helmet oh well great memories of childhood
Thanks for saving our youth for us, Ira!!!
I finally saw the Ideal Trick gun that I had so much fun with when i was a kid in the 50s. Your efforts bring back so many fond memories of a time when life seemed more simple and pleasing………..no terrorism, no political fiascoes (that we were aware on). Ah, it was such a good trip……
Steve (63 and still playing with and designing toys professionally!)
