Labor shortages are projected in a growing number of economic sectors and employers are relying on older workers to fill the gap. Older workers are the best and they make the work place even look elegant! In a hotel, it’s just like instaling a God created antique into the lobby which adds decor to the hotel. Floor machine handles looks pretty with hands that are attactched to a 70-year-old man.
